Detoxing our body after our daily hectic life and consumption of junk foods is very important to maintain a proper and healthy balenced lifestyle. Today i will share a very easy way to detoxify your body with a simple drink which can be easily made at home. Ingredients required are – 1 cucumber (sliced), 1 lemon (sliced), Spring fresh mint leaves, A jug of water. to make this drink first wash and cut the cucumbers, lemon, and mint and then combine all of the ingredients in a big jug. Once done fill the jug halfway with water and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Take a sip and enjoy .
